Inspired Movement Workshop

With an acrobatic background and extensive experience in parkour since a young age, Luka graduated from a circus academy in 2019.
He then decided to deepen his understanding of movement and started studying dance, dedicating the last four years to the study of The Axis Syllabus, beginning with The AS Notation system. Since 2023, his primary AS mentors have been Frey Faust, Francesca Pedulla, and Manuela Martella.

In this workshop, Luka will share some of his experiences and knowledge acquired from The Axis Syllabus. The focus will be on information that can help better organize the body to support weight, create stable structures, utilize kinetic energy, and find ways to move with less strain and more fluidity. Luka is not yet a certified Axis Syllabus teacher, and therefore the class will take the form of a lab, or sharing of his personal experiences rather than instruction.
